Baba Yaga. She really is such a great inspiration.

Even though neither of us are from a county embedded in Slavic folklore, the beauty of their stories always leaves us in awe and full of inspiration. Especially with Baba Yaga, an enigmatic crone witch, living in her hut on chicken feet. She planted the seeds to many of our past and future creations, but we never made a piece like this one before.

Her deep melancholia and unconventional beauty make this piece one of our favourites in this collection.

Even though we would personally have her displayed as an art piece, using her as a small serving plate she might cheer up someone’s “snacky time”, filling it with a bit of darkness, mystery and witchcraft.

Hand built ceramic ornament, hand painted and glazed to a high gloss finish.

Slight imperfections might occur due to the handmade nature of the piece.

All our ceramics are one of a kind, and come with a certificate of authenticity.

Material: Stoneware, glaze

Size: approx. 23,5×12×0,5 cm

Every piece of ceramic art we make is built entirely by hand without casts, machinery or digital tools. From shaping to surface painting the process is slow and deeply intentional, each detail added by hand over many hours. Our ceramics are fired twice to ensure strength, longevity and daily usability. No AI has been used in any stage of our work. What you see is the result of human hands, patient craftsmanship and a genuine connection to material and form. Each piece is truly one of a kind.

All our ceramics are food-safe, tested, and compliant with EU Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004
