HOW IT WORKS

Each piece will be uploaded in their bisque fired state (after first firing, ready to paint and glaze).
Choose the exact piece we will be painting for you, and proceed with the checkout.
(IMPORTANT TO NOTE: due to limitations on our website, we are unable to add a selection of the different tiers. If you wish to have the selected product in a different tier, contact us directly BEFORE placing an order!)

2. If you’d like to have your piece embellished with 22kt gold or lustre, select the product Lustre Add-on from our shop in the corresponding category.

3. Send us the filled out Commission Form alongside your image references via email to info@thecrimsonorchard.com (see bottom of this page)

4. Once we’ve received your order, we will send you a written confirmation via email.
If your order includes a consultation, it will be set up via email.

5. After 4-8 weeks your piece will be ready to be sent out to you.
You will be notified via mail when we ship your order.

Important to note: due to the nature of handmade ceramics, minor warping, cracks, pin holes and inconsistencies in color may occur, but these '‘flaws’ will not take away from the usability or beauty of your piece. Should any major cracks happen that render the piece unusable, we will redo your commission, which can cause a delay in production.
