Birth plates
We offer commissions of bespoke birth plates. Birth Plates are made for welcoming a new baby or celebrating a beloved pet. Inspired by centuries-old traditions, they can be used for celebratory meals, or displayed as cherished family heirlooms.
We offer three different tiers for this specific plate: the The Freyja Edition & The Winifred Edition, and The Thomasin Edition These versions are based on the layout, level of detail and number of elements you desire on your piece.
The Freyja Edition
Your chosen plate will feature 1 centre image, with the name of the person or pet above, and the date of birth and location below. The rim will be decorated with a simple line and small fillers like stars, dots, simple flowers, etc. This commission comes with an optional 15-30 minute consultation in form of a video call, where we can discuss all of your ideas.

The Winifred Edition
Your chosen plate will feature the name of the person or pet, together with the date of birth and location, in the middle of the plate. This will be framed with a beautifully decorated border, that includes 3-4 small featured elements, and alternating fillers like stars, dots, flowers etc.

The Thomasin Edition
Your plate will be decorated in our signature art style, with many details, extra decorative elements. Apart from the name, the date of birth and place, this plate features a simple painted rim, a more elaborate lettering selection, a center image and up to four smaller featured elements, This commission comes with one 15-30 minute consultation in form of a video call, where we can discuss all of your ideas, and how we can create the platter of your dreams together!

Limitations: portrait of a specific person or animal
All decorations will be executed in one color: you may choose between black, red, green or blue. You may choose to have 22kt Gold or Platinum lustre as an add-on for an extra fee, or one accent color free of charge.
