The shape of this wall hanging ornament was inspired by both one of our beloved ceiling roses in our home, and the shape of one of the houses we see from our bedroom window. It gives us an instant feeling of comfort and peace.

Figs have a deeply personal meaning to us, like many - if not all of the symbols and depictions we use in our work.

In general, figs, thought by a lot of scholars to be the “original forbidden fruit” of the garden of Eden, not the apple, are a symbol of spiritual enlightenment, prosperity, and self-awareness.

Hand built ceramic ornament, hand painted and glazed to a high gloss finish.

Slight imperfections might occur due to the handmade nature of the piece.

All our ceramics are one of a kind, and come with a certificate of authenticity.

Please note that there is a small crack on the top around the hook (see last photo), but it does not take away from the overall look or functionality of the piece.

Material: Stoneware, glaze

Size: approx. 15×10×0,5 cm

Every piece of ceramic art we make is built entirely by hand without casts, machinery or digital tools. From shaping to surface painting the process is slow and deeply intentional, each detail added by hand over many hours. Our ceramics are fired twice to ensure strength, longevity and daily usability. No AI has been used in any stage of our work. What you see is the result of human hands, patient craftsmanship and a genuine connection to material and form. Each piece is truly one of a kind.

All our ceramics are food-safe, tested, and compliant with EU Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004
